Description
The Provider Liability Fee is an expense charged to cover the costs and legal risks associated with any misrepresentation of customer/patient information that is pertinent in determining eligibility for BLC programs. This fee is required for liabilities incurred by patients who violate terms and conditions including but not limited to: vital submissions, ID verification, falsified documentation, etc. These policies are in effect to protect the patient, the providers and Balanced Life Care.
